Thank you for your interest in playing for Liquid Prime. Please realize this is NOT a recreational program and the focus on competition increases dramatically. The philosophy of this program is to give youth in the Rochester area an opportunity to play baseball at an advanced level while preparing them to play at the High School level and beyond.
By Signing Up Below I/We understand that if selected for a team:
- There is a significant time and financial commitment to your team and teammates.
- This is NOT a recreational program and there is NO minimum playing time requirement.
- Most practices and games are mandatory. Missing practices and games can affect playing time.
- Baseball comes after school functions, major religious functions, and major family functions.
- I/We the parent(s) of a candidate for a position on a Liquid Prime baseball team, hereby give my/our son approval to his participation in the tryout on August 4 (or rain date August 5).
- I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and I/We will sign the waiver included in this registration form.
- I/We understand Medical insurance will NOT be provided by Liquid Prime for tryouts, and that teams are only insured after creation.
-I/We understand that Liquid Prime uses USSSA Age to determine placement.
- I/We understand that Registration fees are non-refundable
