Liquid is great. The staff helped me recovery from a pre-existing injury rapidly. I struggled with developing and arm pain the last several years, and since starting here, its completely gone. With their help I then added velocity and control to all of my pitches and I'm now consistently sitting in the mid 80s & am committed to play in college. Liquid Sports Lab took me, in roughly one month, from 76 mph to 84 mph across the infield. Not only are they phenomenal for pitching development, but they have helped me (a primary position player) take major steps in my baseball career. Not only does the training work, but it is a great environment to be around. The technology is state of the art, the people are great, the competition is a necessity for the development of my abilities and so much more. Liquid is constantly looking for ways to improve and make themselves stand out even more than they already do. There is not another place that I would train with.
